So what is DocBunny exactly?

DocBunny is a web-based solution for location owners to provide printing services without their guests installing any printer drivers or software in their computers. Your guests can easily print any documents from their own laptop computers (or PDAs) to your printers in a self-service manner.

How can my guests print to my printer then?

Your guests will access our web-based Guest Printing Wizard, which will send the files they want to print, along with the printing preferences to DocBunny servers. Our servers will then send the corresponding print instructions to your printer. The Guest Printing Wizard is accessible from the Internet at http://YourPreferredName.docbunny.com.

But how can my printer receive your print instructions?

We will provide you a small piece of software called DocBunny Printing Agent (running on Windows 2000, XP, Vista and 2003) which will act as the commmunication bridge between your printer and DocBunmny servers.

What sort of files my guests can print in DocBunny?

So many! We support the latest Microsoft Office version 2007 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio), OpenOffice documents (Write, Calc and Impress), PDF files, graphics files, web pages, etc. Click here to see the full list.

Do you support the printer model that I'm using?

If your printer model can print under a Windows machine, it will work perfectly with DocBunny.

How flexible is the DocBunny service? How far can I customize it?

Flexibility is one of the design goals in DocBunny. For example, you can choose your favorite name for the Guest Printing Wizard (e.g. http://my-hotel.docbunny.com/zurich), carry your logo and banner, customize how the cover page looks, provide more than one printer for your guests to print to, and many more! You can manage all your preferences from our web-based control panel.

How DocBunny is priced? Do you offer trial?
