If you have uploaded serveral documents but want to discard some of them, you can uncheck the box besides the document name in the document upload window.

Yes, our Guest Printing Wizard supports different types of web browsers - whether it is a modern one, or a legacy one; PC-based, Linux-based or even PDA-based.

Can I put a secret code to my print order so that no one can impersonate me to collect the print-out?

Yes, you can give a secret to your print order, which would require your service provider to enter the code before they can actually print out your order.

What should I do after placing a print order at the Guest Printing Wizard?

You will be shown a status page from which you can track the progress of your order. An order reference number will also be given so that you can show it to your service provider, along with your name or email address, to identify your print order.

My organization is using a DocBunny Free Account, how can my guests upload their documents for my printers to print?

A generic Guest Printing Wizard -- http://GO.docbunny.com -- is for the guests of those organizations using DocBunny Free Accounts. The guests simply need to provide the printer ID registered with DocBunny in order to print.

What is special instruction?

If you have anything special that you would like your service provider to pay attention to (e.g. putting your print-out into an envelope), you can enter it into the special instructions field.
